Some of the very first workshop conversion steps.

Open up the wall between the E-Lab and Mech-Fab portions of the studio.
Remove the sliding glass door and instal french doors large enough to get the machines through.
Cover the walls with visquine. (far walls only.)
Remove carpet, grind down cement and Epoxy seal the floor. One could just about eat off of that floor.
